Most of the call out for repairs and maintenance jobs are urgent. As such we have a dedicated team of technicians in target locations in Cape Town for emergency services support. This reduces our call out time for a technicians being on site to 1 hour for areas we are in and maximum of 1.5 hours for Paarl or Worcester.
